Inpatient Treatment

Inpatient Treatment

Adolescent inpatient treatment at Sierra Vista Hospital helps stabilize adolescents, ages 13 to 17, that are in an immediate state of crisis because of an acute behavioral health disorder. The inpatient program is designed to stabilize these adolescents and provide them with coping skills that may help minimize future incidents. Patients can transition to a less intensive level of care after treatment.

We perform thorough behavioral health assessments and develop an individual treatment plan for each patient. The treatment staff assesses the needs of the individual and provides a supportive, respectful environment that encourages and reinforces positive behaviors. Patients can transition to a less intensive level of care after treatment to maintain progress in the recovery process.
