Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

This outpatient program for adolescents ages 13 to 17 runs for four weeks, virtual, Monday through Friday after school from 3:00 to 6:00 pm
Topics include:
- Mindfulness: the quality of awareness we bring to what we are doing and experiencing, of being in the here and now.
- Distress Tolerance: consists of four groups of crisis survival strategies: distraction, self-soothing, improving the moment and pros and cons.
- Emotional Regulation: learn to understand how emotions work and the skills to manage emotions instead of being managed by them and to build positive emotional experiences.
- Interpersonal Relations: in this module all the skills come together in a synergistic way
Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our intensive outpatient programs for adults is for those in need of mental health stabilization (but not hospitalization) in Davis, California. It often acts as a step down from partial hospitalization or inpatient treatment.
Scheduling is flexible and can be arranged to best suit the participant’s needs.
IOP scheduling includes:
- Three to five days a week, Monday through Friday
- 9:00am to 12:00 pm (Monday or Tuesday required for labs)
